Visit to Erasmus + in Croatia
On Sunday, 7th grade students at the Bratya Miladinovi Third Primary School – Georgia, Eric, Stefan, Simona and Geri, as well as their teachers – Ms. Tuparova, coordinator, and Ms. Tsenkina, traveled to Croatia on an international mobility project. “Erasmus +” on “The Common Heritage – Between Tradition and the Future”. On Monday, they and their partners from Turkey, Greece and Romania were warmly welcomed by the hosts of the Croatian primary school. Teachers and students participated in an Erasmus + mobility
Teachers and students from the Miladinovi Third Primary School returned from a visit to Turkey under the Erasmus + project (K229 – “Don’t be cyberbully, be aware”). The main goals of the project are to prevent cyberbullying, create a safe school environment and conscious use of technology. The project coordinator is Italy, and the partners are: Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. The second mobility took place in Mersin (Turkey). Ms. Tuparova – Project Coordinator for Bulgaria, Ms. Kostadinova – Teacher of Bulgarian Language and Literature and students Atanas Gemedjiev, Atanas Kasapov and Viktor Dermendzhiev, visited a high school. Last day of the Erasmus + visit
The night before departure, guests from Greece, Turkey and Romania took a walk in downtown Sofia. There they viewed with interest the remains of ancient Serdica in the area of Largo, the statue of Sofia, the church “St. Nedelya ”, the Banya Bashi Mosque and the Sofia Synagogue, the impressive buildings of the Central Department Store, the Sheraton Hotel, the Presidency, as well as all the major national institutions located on Independent Square. Despite the cold weather, they remained captivated by the beauty of night Sofia. Formal dinner in honor of Erasmus + guests
Last night, the director of the Third Primary School, Mr. Nikola Dzhingarov, gave an official dinner in honor of the principals of educational institutions and pedagogical specialists from Greece, Turkey and Romania, visiting the Erasmus + program. Mr. Dzhingarov presented certificates to all guests for their participation in the project “Common Heritage – between tradition and future” in Bulgaria. The guests, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the management and personally to Ms. Vanya Tuparova, project manager, for the warm welcome, her tireless work and impeccable organization of the visit.
